Single Girder Overhead Crane
The single girder overhead crane is an exquisitely designed piece of light-duty lifting equipment. It consists of an electric hoist, robust metal framework, a trolley running mechanism, a power feeding device, and an electrical apparatus. With its streamlined structure typically formed from I-beams or a combination of steel and steel plates, it boasts a compact size, minimal building clearance height, lightweight construction, and reduced wheel pressure—making it an ideal choice for efficiency and practicality.
The single girder overhead crane operates by skillfully driving its main beam through an electric end beam. The electric hoist elevates goods and maneuvers them horizontally along the running track. Its sophisticated control system provides precise motion control, with versatile operation modes including ground-based controls, remote operation, and cab operation. This well-engineered design allows the single girder overhead crane to adeptly execute lifting and handling tasks within confined spaces.
This crane is an indispensable player in various settings such as mechanical manufacturing workshops, metallurgical environments, warehouses, and bustling logistic centers. It excels in lifting and handling lightweight and small-volume materials. Customized options are available to cater to different working environments and specific load requirements, ensuring optimal performance across a broad spectrum of applications.

SIMPLE AND COMPACT STRUCTURE
The single girder overhead crane stands out with its elegantly simple design, utilizing I-beams or H-beams as the main structural component. This results in a lightweight and compact form that minimizes the equipment's weight and space footprint, making it ideal for environments with low headroom or constricted areas.
FLEXIBLE AND CONVENIENT OPERATION
Designed for operational versatility, this crane offers multiple control methods including ground operation buttons, remote controls, and driver's cab operation. It boasts moderate running speeds, precise positioning, and an intuitive interface, ensuring ease of use and swift adaptability to operators' varied needs.
WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
The single girder overhead crane is engineered to excel in a multitude of industrial sectors, from mechanical processing and automobile production to electronics, building materials, and logistics warehousing. It superbly handles medium-weight material scenarios, especially those involving light goods.
EASY INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Featuring a straightforward design, the single girder overhead crane ensures a relatively fast installation process with minimal site requirements. Its key components, such as electric hoists and motors, are standardized, facilitating easy maintenance and replacement. This results in a low failure rate and significantly reduced equipment downtime.
LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Utilizing high-efficiency motors and reducers, the electric hoist and drive system of the single girder overhead crane are crafted for low energy consumption. Its operational power use is notably lower than that of double-beam bridge cranes, aligning with modern industrial goals for energy conservation and eco-friendly practices.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1: We are a professional manufacturer. We have our R&D team, factory, and marketing department.
Q2: How do you ensure product quality?
A2: All our processes strictly comply with ISO-9001 procedures, including material traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificates, measurement equipment calibration, welding non-destructive testing, and comprehensive assembly and load testing before delivery.
Q3: How can I pay?
A3: We accept T/T bank transfers, letters of credit, and Paypal.
Q4: How can I assemble the crane in my factory?
A4: We recommend that you recruit a local crane service team to install the crane base according to our installation guide and user manual. If not, we can send engineers to your factory to guide you to installation, but it will cost extra, and the transportation, accommodation, and translation costs will also be borne by you.
Q5: Do you accept OEM business?
A5: Of course, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brands and customers all over the world.
Q6: How about the delivery time?
A6: The estimated delivery time for different capacity cranes and components is different, generally speaking, it is about 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
