Single Girder Overhead Crane
The Single Girder Overhead Crane epitomizes lightweight and small lifting equipment. It ingeniously integrates an electric hoist, robust metal structure, trolley running mechanism, power supply, and advanced electrical device. Its design is streamlined with an I-beam or combined steel section, ensuring compactness, low building clearance, and minimal weight, all while maintaining low wheel pressure.
The single girder overhead crane operates by propelling the main beam through an electric end beam. The electric hoist elevates goods and moves them horizontally along the track. Its sophisticated control system offers versatile operation modes: ground operation, remote control, or cab operation. This innovative design allows for efficient lifting and handling in confined spaces.
Single girder overhead cranes are invaluable in diverse settings like mechanical manufacturing workshops, metallurgical environments, warehouses, and logistics centers. They excel in handling lightweight and compact materials and can be tailored to your specific requirements, accommodating various environments and load demands.

SIMPLE AND COMPACT STRUCTURE
The single girder overhead crane boasts a minimalistic design, typically employing an I-beam or H-beam as its main structure. This results in a lightweight and compact design that optimizes space in facilities, perfectly suited for low headroom or restricted environments.
FLEXIBLE AND CONVENIENT OPERATION
Our single girder overhead crane offers diverse operation methods—ground buttons, remote controls, or cab operation. It assures moderate running speeds, precise positioning, and a user-friendly interface, making it swiftly adaptable to different operator requirements.
WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
Whether in mechanical processing, automotive manufacturing, electronics, building materials, or logistics warehousing, the single girder overhead crane is designed to handle medium-weight materials efficiently, particularly excelling in lifting light goods.
EASY INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
The crane’s straightforward structure and quick installation process demand minimal site requirements. Its standardized components like electric hoists and motors ensure ease of maintenance with a low failure rate, minimizing downtime.
LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Equipped with high-efficiency motors and reducers, our single girder crane's energy consumption is notably lower than double-beam alternatives, aligning with modern industrial energy-saving and eco-friendly standards.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1: We are a professional manufacturer. We have our R&D team, factory, and marketing department.
Q2: How do you ensure product quality?
A2: All our processes strictly comply with ISO-9001 procedures, including material traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificates, measurement equipment calibration, welding non-destructive testing, and comprehensive assembly and load testing before delivery.
Q3: How can I pay?
A3: We accept T/T bank transfers, letters of credit, and Paypal.
Q4: How can I assemble the crane in my factory?
A4: We recommend that you recruit a local crane service team to install the crane base according to our installation guide and user manual. If not, we can send engineers to your factory to guide you to installation, but it will cost extra, and the transportation, accommodation, and translation costs will also be borne by you.
Q5: Do you accept OEM business?
A5: Of course, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brands and customers all over the world.
Q6: How about the delivery time?
A6: The estimated delivery time for different capacity cranes and components is different, generally speaking, it is about 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
